Meet our adorably sweet, young boy named Dwyn! Dwyn is about 1 year old and he is a really cute guy. He came to our shelter after he was abandoned in an apartment, left behind with another cat. Dwyn is a shy guy at first, but he is affectionate once he is comfortable with you. He will probably hide for the first few days in a new home, but once he is is comfortable somewhere, he will find a comfy place to stretch out and roll around. He enjoys being pet and loves head rubs. We are looking for a quiet home for Dwyn to relax in and show his true, loving personality. He is good with other cats and did live with multiple prior to coming to our shelter. Dwyn would be okay in a home with children 12 years old and older with cat experience.

Appts to meet cats can made to suit your schedule, please email/call for an appt. We do prefer to be contacted by email for adoption inquiries at Adopt@savingpawsct.org. You must be 21 years of age to adopt with valid ID. There is a short application for adoption, however if you do not own your home, or you own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association giving permission to dogs/cats. Bully breed specific permission is required if you rent or own a condo. If you own your home, proof of home ownership is required. If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. If there is another dog in the home a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption, to ensure the safety and well being of all pets. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.

An approved application does not guarantee an adoption. We do not hold animals for meet and greet appointments.
ALL ANIMALS ARE SPAYED AND NEUTERED BEFORE THEY GO HOME.
