Natalie was one of 8 dogs who were living outside in the brutal cold with no shelter and very little food. Her resilience is astonishing. She was hardly more than skin and bones and it took quite a while before her body was able to get used to good nutrition and start putting on weight. She's about a year old and 40lbs now.
In spite of what she went through, she is just a cuddle bug who loves people and would rather snuggle than eat. She does fine with older children, but has not been exposed to small children. It's unknown how well she would get along with cats or other pets. She's currently living with her "brother", Staley.
She can be nervous around new dogs, but would probably do okay if introduced properly and given time. She's doing great at housebreaking and rarely has any accidents. She will need further training on basic commands and leash training but is doing very well so far. She just wants to be your lap dog !!
