Priscilla has recently lost both of her bonded friends. She would probably like to meet another senior bun needing a friend.
She was rescued in 2016 from Garden Grove park with her two siblings who looked just like her. Her estimated DOB is March 2016. She was spayed in 2017. She is a New Zealand black rabbit and currently weights 6.12 pounds.
Priscilla should start out living in an exercise pen (x-pen) otherwise known as a puppy pen. She can have that as his home base or transition to a room or a section of a room or free roaming. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is open and an x-pen can be placed around it.
Please be over 21 if inquiring about a rabbit.
Priscilla can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information.
PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you’ve never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit! Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies!
