Special traits that make your foster special or that we need to know about them?  ROMY AND RAE ARE A BONDED PAIR. Rae is blind and depends on Romy to navigate for her. They are sweet and loving. Both Romy and Rae prefer to spend lazy afternoons snoozing with their people. Rae may be blind, but that does not stop her! She knows several commands to help her navigate.
