STOCKTON, CA: Minka is a beautiful and friendly kitty who can be a bit “spicy” at times. She was rescued by Save Our Kitties Stockton (SOS), and the following information is from Minka’s listing on the SOS AdoptaPet page:

Ms. Minka was thought to be a feral kitty who was being fed in a barn by a feline-loving farmer, until he passed away. His caretakers continued to feed Minka, and one of our volunteers, who is related, learned of her. Our volunteer wanted to be sure Minka was spayed before the farm was sold. After Minka’s tummy was shaved and her ear tipped, the vet discovered she was already spayed. We re-checked her for a chip but found none.
Well, we didn’t want to send Minka out into the cold with a naked belly. Plus, she had a little snotty nose, so we kept her to give antibiotics and it turned out she is a sweetheart and not feral; she is a little spicy at times. She must have been someone's kitty and ended up out in the country on her own, because she allows pets and pick ups.
Minka has a silky, thick black coat and loves to be massaged. She will even flop over for belly rubs. We are testing her with the other foster kitties to learn how she does with other cats, so stay tuned.
Watch Minka’s videos here: https://youtu.be/Ec2m5iwW9jA and https://youtu.be/GUFlwKt8Vbc.
Minka was born in approximately February 2021. She is up to date on everything and will need to be chipped upon adoption, which we can do. If you want a sweet young lady to warm your heart, please consider our darling and spicy Minka!
