This is Maxiimus! He has a larger than life personality! He likes to do everything with as much enthusiasm as possible like most labs. He enjoys playing fetch and we are sure many outdoor activities. Maxiimus was found with Pascal. He will need an active adopter who enjoys all the things he enjoys. Maxiimus’s feelings on food are just as enthusiastic as everything he does which means he enjoys it too much to be around others when eating. He is a smart dog who would benefit from some training.

Maxiimus is unfortunately heartworm positive. He was also positive for ehrlichia which is transmitted by ticks. Maxiimus is currently undergoing treatment. This will continue for another couple of months. We are allowing him to go to a foster to adopt home while undergoing treatment. He will need to be kept calm once he receives the first shot for heartworm treatment.
