This helps Moms and Mutts Colorado Rescue for Pregnant & Nursing Dogs with pet care costs.
Hello out there! My name is Refraction, but my foster parents call me Billy Blue (or sometimes even Boo!). I was born around the new year and am about 20 lb at 3 months. I'm probably a lab mix. My foster mom says I'm a super love bug. I really do like snuggles and hugs, especially when I get sleepy. Then I'll plop into your lap and lean against you to get a good hug in! I also really like to give kisses. I'm super playful and am always running, or wrestling with a sibling, or playing with toys. Toys are the best! I'm doing pretty well with potty training. I already know how to sit and am getting good about sitting instead of jumping up on people, though sometimes I get too excited and forget that part. I really like treats though and am a quick learner. I even do pretty well about not nibbling too hard! Overall I'm a super loving, playful pup that will make a great addition to anyone's home!
Shelter Visiting Hours are 12 pm to 4 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please fill out an adoption application at mamcorescue.org or attend one of our Saturday adoption event. Events are held each Saturday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm at our office: 2721 W Oxford Ave., Suite 6 Englewood, CO 80110 *In order to protect our puppies, we do not allow puppies to attend open events until they have a minimum of two vaccinations. Puppies who are available, but not listed on our weekly Facebook event, are considered "deposit only" puppies. These puppies will only attend the event IF they are reserved through a deposit. You can check the list of puppies attending the open event by checking the event: https://www.facebook.com/MAMCORescue At MAMCO we understand that in order to continue rescuing moms and babies, we must stretch our finances as far as we are able. For this reason we use variable adoption pricing. By assigning higher adoption fees to high demand moms and puppies, we are able to rescue more families in need. The money raised through these adoptions acts as a benefactor to moms and puppies in our care who require expensive veterinary treatments, have behavioral issues, or need more time to find a home. We often reduce the adoption fees on these harder-to-place moms and puppies to help them find forever families. Adoption fees vary. Applications can be filled out at mamcorescue.org.
