My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We got Walter 10 years ago as a kitten from Petland. Petland originally told us Walter was a boy, hence the name. We didn't find out until months later that he was a she, but by then his name was her name. We don't think she minds too much, though. She's a very affectionate and often articulate cat, which seems to be a Snowshoe trait. She can be timid around new people at first, but quickly warms up and becomes curious. After 11 years of pet ownership, it's no longer something we want, so we want our cats to go to a good home who will give them the attention and quality of care they deserve that we are unable to give. For Walter, this may include putting her on a diet. She's very energetic and wants to play, but we live in a small apartment and we admittedly aren't great about playing often. Given the right toy, she will entertain herself for a long while, but we know this hasn't been enough. Litter box, bag of litter, bag of food, beds, toys provided.
