My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Phil. This handsome boy was rescued from the streets of Dallas by an animal rescuer who noticed that his tail had been mangled and was in need of immediate medical attention. He had part of the tail amputated and is doing great after surgery!
We estimate that Phil is around 5 years old. He is FIV positive but cats with FIV can lead a long, healthy life and can be in a home with other cats. Phil is currently being fostered with another cat and after just a couple of days, the pair have become good friends and have been observed having conversations with one another. Phil is very food motivated and eating appears to be one of his favorite hobbies. He will make a great companion for some lucky person or family.

More about this rescue

We assist shelters and find homes for their adoptable pets.
We take professional photos, write bios and post to adoption websites.
We also provide funds for medical care, foster animals and find foster families .We organize adoption events and give presentations to schools on the importance of spaying /neutering and vaccinating animals.
For the last 12 years, we have been working with several small rural shelters who have limited space and would have to euthanize due to lack of space. We pull their animals and get them into foster homes until we find their forever homes.
We devote many hours to getting animals out of shelters and into foster and permanent homes.
