Daffodil may be experiencing things for the first time, but she's eager to learn everything life has to offer. While she may be a bit reserved at first, her heart is big and ready to love. Once she gets comfortable, get ready to witness her playful spirit in action! Running, romping, and exploring are among her favorite pastimes, and she'll eagerly invite you to join in the fun. Toys are Daffodil's best friends, and you'll often find her happily wagging her tail and smiling as she tosses them around or carries them proudly in her mouth. Whether it's a squeaky ball or a fluffy plush, she cherishes each one as if it's the greatest treasure. Daffodil is good with other dogs her size or larger. We recommend a home with no small children or animals just because she doesn't realize her strength and we wouldn't want anyone to get knocked over. As Daffodil continues to blossom and grow, she's seeking a patient and loving family who will guide her through life's lessons with kindness and understanding. With a little TLC and plenty of positive reinforcement, she's sure to blossom into the most wonderful companion you could ever imagine. An adoption application, home visit and adoption contract are all required. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations appropriate for their age, microchipped, and wormed for internal and external parasites. We are a foster based Texas rescue and pull from several high kill shelters across Central and South Texas as well as street saves of the many, many strays and abandoned animals in the area and get them, healthy, vetted, fixed and adoptable and find them homes in more pet friendly areas of the country
