Daffodil may be experiencing things for the first time, but she's eager to learn everything life has to offer. While she may be a bit reserved at first, her heart is big and ready to love. Once she gets comfortable, get ready to witness her playful spirit in action! Running, romping, and exploring are among her favorite pastimes, and she'll eagerly invite you to join in the fun. Toys are Daffodil's best friends, and you'll often find her happily wagging her tail and smiling as she tosses them around or carries them proudly in her mouth. Whether it's a squeaky ball or a fluffy plush, she cherishes each one as if it's the greatest treasure. Daffodil is good with other dogs her size or larger. We recommend a home with no small children or animals just because she doesn't realize her strength and we wouldn't want anyone to get knocked over. As Daffodil continues to blossom and grow, she's seeking a patient and loving family who will guide her through life's lessons with kindness and understanding. An adoption application, home visit and adoption contract are all required. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations appropriate for their age, microchipped, and wormed for internal and external parasites. We are Texas based where there is a horrendous overpopulation problem. We pull from several high kill shelters and take in street rescues of the many, many abandoned animals and we get them healthy, vetted, fixed, and adoptable and find them awesome homes in a better area
