They always say that Home is where the Heart is, and that's what you'll get with me as a part of your home! They call me Down Home and I am as loving as could be and do everything I can to be goofy and make you smile to remind you of all the good things in life. With my foster siblings I am playful and am learning how to listen to when a dog is tired and finished playing. I absolutely love jumping off the back deck and tumbling around with my foster puppy brother. I LOVE my crate and zoom back to it on my own when we come back inside from playtime. My potty training is going well, and I'm good at waking up and reminding my foster family to let me out to potty at night and fall right back asleep after.
I am a little suspicious of new places at first but once I've romped around I realize there's nothing to be afraid of! I've been going new places and seeing new things every day and absolutely love following my foster parent around while on leash. I've even already been learning how to hang out and sleep on a dog bed and how to take treats as rewards during training! I settled right into my foster home and can't wait to find my forever home.
