Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Euro is a social and loving 3 month old border collie mix. He will likely be on the up side of the what is considered a medium sized dog at 50+ pounds as an adult. Euro would benefit from a dog companion that will help him get out his puppy energy and also a snuggle buddy to nap with and chew on toys together. Euro can be a little chatty and will need a house and fenced yard to play and relax. Euro is ready to find his forever home and is incredibly attentive to people and will be easy to train.
Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies.
Puppies - We do not adopt puppies under 16 weeks to out of state adopters. This is due to our spay/neuter policy, and all dogs must be spayed/neutered before leaving Georgia state lines. We do not adopt siblings to the same household.
Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered.
Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
