My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

WILLING TO TRAVEL FOR GOOD HOME
As a puppy, Harry was found with his siblings roaming around Oakland. They were taken in by a shelter and treated for Parvo. However, as Parvo is highly contagious, Harry didn’t socialize with other dogs as a puppy and has become very afraid of other dogs.
The Good: Harry is SUCH a good boy. He’s loving, attentive, and loyal. He loves affection and loves showing it.
The Bad: Harry lunges for and, if off leash, will run towards and attack other dogs.
With the help of a trainer, we are able to go on neighborhood walks where we diligently avoid other dogs. Harry has never significantly harmed another dog or human (i.e. nips and scratches only).
I’m a single working professional who lives in an apartment. Because we’re not able to go to dog parks, Harry only gets outside time on walks and the occasional outside fetch. He deserves a chance to run around, explore and bathe in the sun as he enters older age.
