Much like a puppy, Apollo has unmatched energy and playfulness. Although he is only 10 months old, he shows great maturity and knows how to charm anyone he meets. Apollo loves being loose in our play yard where he can roll down the grassy slopes and stretch his legs. Apollo has no problem fetching a tennis ball and not bringing it back. He gets the zoomies which is a bit terrifying be he narrowly misses taking us out like bowling pins as he passes by. Apollo is looking for a home where he can run out all that energy and possibly lay on the couch! Apollo is easily excitable around other dogs and can play a little rough at times.
If you are interested in meeting him, please visit the shelter during our open hours; Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 10a-12p & 2p-4p, Thurs 10a-12p & 2p-5:30p, and Saturday 9a-1p. Complete an adoption application online to be pre-approved for adoption. If you do not own your home, bring consent from the property owner to have a dog on the property. As always, if you have another dog in the home, plan to bring them for a meet before you complete the adoption. Adoption fees: 6m and younger $250, 7m-5y $200, 6y-10y $150, 11y and older $100.
