It is believe that Simba was left behind by a family that moved away. He lived around the area for quite sometimes, no one ever really pay attention to him. He was feeding on food that neighbors left out for strays. The colony was getting TNR'ed, so he was supposed to be a TNR. This was why his ear got tipped, but he is way too gentle to be on the street. He deserves a home where he gets to stay inside with lots of care and attention. Currently, he still a little frightened from all of moving, surgery, and new environment. He needs a little bit of time to socialize with his new human.
