Norman's adoption fee is $450 and he is being fostered in Central Ohio. He has been neutered, microchipped, received his rabies, distemper/parvo, and bordetella vaccines, tested negative for heartworms and started on prevention. We do recommend a fenced yard for Norman, but he does walk on a leash.
