My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Serena, the stunning 2-year-old black New Zealand bunny with a heart as big as her ears. Rescued by another organization as part of a humane seizure, Serena's journey to safety has been marked by resilience, gratitude, and an unwavering readiness for a fresh start.

With her sleek black fur and soulful eyes, Serena is a vision of beauty and grace. Despite the challenges she's faced in her young life, Serena's spirit remains unbroken, and her gratitude for her newfound safety shines through in every hop.

Transferred to OHRR with hope in her heart and a spring in her step, Serena is eager to leave the past behind and embrace the bright future that awaits her. She's a true testament to the transformative power of love and compassion, and she's ready to share that love with a forever family who will cherish her for the incredible bunny she is.

If you have read our Adoption Policy and want to adopt Serena, please complete and submit the online Adoption Application.
