My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

hey there! i’m Roscoe and i’m here to brighten your day with kisses and cuddles! my foster mom says i’m doing great learning how to sit, walk on a leash, and only pottying in those weird pads she lays out. i love following her around wherever she goes and cruising in the car - the seat warmers are my favorite. i love naps but also love to play with squeker toys and do this thing called tug of war. i do well in the crate at night but love when she lets me snuggle in the bed with her in the morning where i sleep comfortably on her head. my foster brother is much bigger than me but i love to play with him and follow him around. anyways, if you’re up for snuggles and teaching me new tricks, i’m your guy!

Additional adoption info

Found an animal on our site and want to meet them or find out more about them? Fill out the adoption questionnaire located below and submit to us. Once we have reviewed/approved your application, we will provide you with the foster contact information so that you can find out more and arrange a “meet and greet”. All of our animals are located in foster homes throughout the Triangle area.

When going to a “meet and greet”, please make sure you take any family members and other pets (if at all possible) to observe their interactions. This can make introduction into the new home easier for the animals and for you.

The animal’s foster parent will ultimately make a recommendation to the organization regarding the permanent placement of the animal. Once an adoption decision has been made by both parties, we ask for an adoption fee to help us cover spay/neutering, shots, medical treatment, food and supplies – this amount only partially cover the cost of expenses and allows us to help as many animals as possible!

What if the adoption doesn’t work out? We have a lifetime return policy on our animals as we don’t want to see them turned back into a shelter.
