Richard is a special guy who is on the look out for some compassionate and patient humans to give him a shot. Richard, aka Rich, aka Dickie, is a puppy in an adult dog's body. He has all the energy you'd expect of a young boxer, and would benefit from daily exercise and enrichment. He has been working with a dog trainer to help build skills that will make transitioning in to your home as smooth as possible. He absolutely loves to work, and would be thrilled to continue positive reinforcement training with you in your home! Richard is a very sweet dog who struggles greatly with shelter life. We just know he will love anyone willing to build a connection with him and give him a chance. If you have other pets, we strongly encourage bringing them along to any appointments so they can meet and help foster an easy transition out of the shelter. If you're interested in meeting Rich, please fill out an application to adopt a dog on our website, fairfieldcountydogs.com, and one of our staff will reach out to schedule an appointment! Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 57.125 Age: 1yrs 5mths 1wks
