My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is BDub and I was born on 5/15/2022. Long, beautiful coat - check! Heart of gold - check, lover when I feel safe - check. Skittish around new humans - guilty as charged.
I came to the rescue as a kitten needing special TLC. Now, I have a clean bill of health, and pure heart. I am nervous around new people, but once I warm up, I come running for treats on the counter, jump on the bed for loving, and cuddle with others. If you get me a chair at the table, I will share your steak, and chicken, and other yummy meats.

I do best with consistency and quiet. No yelling. *I need to be in a home where counters, beds, and humans are never off limits. I need to be treated as a spoiled and pampered baby, almost human, as that is all I know. I need gentle love and time to adjust, but I can get there in the right home. I've proven it where I am currently, but need a place that is mine

I hide when visited by new people, but come out when I'm in my element.

PurrInc.org is a Cat Rescue dedicated to Improving the Life of Cats. We specialize in Behavior Modification and Education. Socialization of kittens and semi-feral cats. Trapping, spay, neutering, surgical recovery and re-homing of outside and feral cat populations. High-risk cases, Orphan kittens.

We are a Christian-based, Behavioral organization with a mission to Improve the Lives of Cats. We specialize in cats that will bond closely, but would otherwise 'age out on the shelf' or be abandoned outside because they are shy, or need special understanding. Without such efforts, these kitties would never know the love, safety, and comfort of a furever home.
