Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pinky is such a sweetheart! He loves everyone, loves to cuddle and just lay on your lap. He cuddles with the other dogs, loves attention but is also content with laying around. He would do best with someone who is home more often than not because he LOVES his people. He sadly lost all of his teeth when they had to be pulled in his dental :( BUT...He is a great dog to add to your pack if you already have some chihuahua friends! Neshama Rescue is an all volunteer independent, 501(c)(3) animal welfare and education organization. Our mission is to promote the rescue and adoption of companion animals, with a focus on senior and special needs pets. We believe every soul has intrinsic value and we seek to help communities see that value to create a kinder world. Our goals are to rescue animals from shelters, place them in loving foster homes, and adopt them out to forever homes, as well as strengthen our communities’ education, laws and regulations regarding animal overpopulation and care.
