My name is Winter*!

Meet Winter, a gentle and intelligent pup whose journey began in Texas. Found as a tiny puppy abandoned in a box by the roadside, she was rescued and brought to New Jersey, where she was adopted in October. Unfortunately, Winter was recently returned to us when her family realized that the hustle and bustle of a busy household with young children was too much for this timid girl. She needs a quieter, calmer environment where she can truly thrive.

Winter is very perceptive and quickly picks up on the energy around her. She enjoys the company of other dogs and may do well with a confident canine companion. We often use her as a dog tester as she is just so good with other pups. Winter isn't a fan of cats and considers them more of a game to chase. She's a kind-hearted dog with a gentle spirit who longs to be understood and loved for who she is.
