This is Rascal , is 23 yes 23 years old , just had vet appointment and has no issues . pretty amazing!!!! We are not asking for an adoption fee , just that rascal will get his forever home to enjoy his remaining years, with a great home. The owner who surrendered him could not take him to her new place due to pet restrictions. She had Rascal since a kitten , and it was very hard on her to give rascal up.
