Say hello to Junior! He is incredibly sweet and smart. This adorable boy can be a little shy at first, but once he opens up you will feel all the love he has to give. Junior has learned a few tricks and if you have a yummy treat he will be glad to show them to you. Our adorable boy is also crate traned (not his favorite place as he loves to be part of the action, but will sleep very well in it). This smart boy is also leash train and does very well in the car. He will be an incredible fit for any family.

Why adopt from Texas? Because you will be giving one of our many dogs and cats in need a chance for a better future. An opportunity to be loved and cared for by good and loving families. There is a reason why we make the trip to your area every two weeks. You are worth the drive. We have AMAZING adopters and we need more like them.

We have fosters all over the Pacific Northwest allowing us to post in specific cities. Due to Covid 19 restrictions all Meet & Greets have been cancelled to keep everyone safe. Our adoptable pets are in Houston living with local foster families making the transition into your household a whole lot easier.

Our transport company leaves Houston every 2 weeks for Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and Canada (Canadian adopters will meet us in Bellingham, WA). We will book your baby as soon as adoption & transport fees have been received.

Our adoption fee includes transport and a Health Certificate from a local vet to certify your new pet is clear to travel accross state lines.

Submit Application

An Online Adoption Application must be completed for all pets

2.
Interview

We will go over each application to find the best fit for your family & our rescue animals. We will then call you to talk

3.
Home Check

We will either schedule a home visti by one of our local foster/coordinators or we will contact a video chat interview with you and family

4.
Approve Application

We will select the best applicant based on our pets needs

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

Every single adopter must complete our online Adoption Contract with a link provided to you after you have been approved.

6.
Pay Fee

An adoption fee is required for all families adopting our animals. The fee can be paid directly on our site, paypal, and Zellepay rescue

7.
Take the Pet Home

You can pick up your new baby from our local coordinator or on transport arrival date. We will coordinate with you every step of the way.
