Tonka is from Arkansas. This poor little girl was found in a box at the base of a stop sign on a busy road. No other littermates or Mom were found. After a rough start, Tonka deserves her happily ever after!

- Please note: The location listed in an animal's profile does not indicate where the animal is available for adoption. Almost all of our adoptions are carried out at our Morton Grove facility.

The adoption center is located at 5915 W Lincoln Ave in Morton Grove, IL 60053. It is open Thursday & Friday 4pm-8pm and Saturday & Sunday 11am-5pm.

Potential homes should be willing to fill out an online application, or one in person at our event. We interview new adopters and place pets based on their needs and the suitability of the adoptive home. We do take "reservations" on our animals prior to our events with an approved application/ reference check.
