Here's what the humans have to say about me:

no out of state adoptions at all - Northern california will not be accepted. No Thousand oaks , No Ventura or anything in Santa Barbara area either . Orange county , parts of South County will be okay , Yorba Linda will be fine too.

Precious owner got Toby as tiny puppy then unfortunately the previous owner didn't have any puppy experience so things weren't working out so he gave him up.

Puppy criteria -- needs to be another small breed in the home between 1-4 years old who really hyper like her is- under 15 pounds --

Potty trained doesn’t know how to use doggy door - currently in training to use doggy door
completely dog friendly
Older kids only - no young kids
Huge love bug Huge also loves to smoocher his further owner with kisses
Good EATEr no issues
Love to play fetch with a ball
Super playful - lots energy

Sleeping arrangements --- sleep throughout the night will wake up the new owner up if he needs to go potty around 4am or so - he will - whine to say he needs to go potty -To be let out
