Meet Triscuit!
Triscuit is a short-haired tabby w/ white. He is about 1 year old. He is missing his left eye but this doesn’t impact him severely. He is used to this and has learned how to live a mostly normal life. He lost his eye due to a severe infection as a kitten and arrived this way when he got here. He does tilt his head to compensate for the lack of vision on one side. The key thing to know about Triscuit is that he doesn’t do well with babies in the home. He was adopted once and returned due to the stress of a crying baby. He started peeing all over everything and didn’t react well. We are hesitant to recommend him for a home with children who may still cry frequently and cause extreme stress. He is super dog-friendly and wants to be friends with any dogs who come into the room. He would adjust well to a home with a cat-friendly dog. He is cat-friendly and loves any cat he meets who is nice to him. If a cat is not overly cat friendly he just ignores them and moves on without any issue. He loves people and affection. He enjoys keeping you company and following you around the room. He doesn’t mind being picked up and enjoys cuddles. He’s playful and loves his toys. Triscuit loves wet food and treats and seems to be food-motivated. He’s a wonderful boy who is ready to find his forever family. Stop in today to meet him!
