Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sheldon is a gorgeous 10 week old mixed breed male pup who weighs about 15 pounds. His mom is believe to be a Texas Heeler, which is a Blue Heeler/Aussie mix. He has a white and black coat. We expect him to be medium to large size when fully grown.
Sheldon is a fun little guy who can't wait to have a home of his own! He loves to play with toys and curl up by your feet after playing.
He has been working hard on his potty and crate training, but his new family should be prepared to do additional training in these areas, as his routine in your home will be very different than what he is used to in a foster home in Texas.
He is up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and he comes with his medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies him to be in good condition.
Sheldon's adoption fee will contribute to our program of readying additional dogs, puppies and kittens which we prepare, transport and adopt out in the Midwest. Our goal is to get as many homeless animals out of south Texas, where we have a severe pet overpopulation crisis.
He is being fostered in West Allis, WI.
His adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee.
