My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Once upon a time, a little pup named Alice wandered into a cozy shelter when she was just a tiny 2-month-old. Since then, she's been patiently waiting for her forever family to find her.

Alice is a bit shy around new people, especially the boys, but with a little time and some tasty treats, she warms up like a marshmallow by the campfire. She's especially fond of making friends with the lovely ladies.

When it comes to other dogs, Alice is a social butterfly! She gets along swimmingly with dogs of all shapes and sizes, and she's happiest in a home where she can have a furry friend by her side.

With her energy levels, Alice is the perfect mix of playful and calm. Outdoors, she loves to explore and have adventures, but indoors, she's as relaxed as a snoozing cat in a sunbeam.

While she's a pro at walking in quiet areas, busy streets and crowded places can be a bit overwhelming for Alice. Sometimes, she just needs a little break to lie down and collect her thoughts.

Alice is as sweet as can be and never guards her toys or treats. She's not much of a barker, and she's a champ when it comes to crate training, although she might need a little extra encouragement after a long journey.

When it comes to potty time, Alice prefers the great outdoors, but accidents can happen until she gets into a routine. But with patience and love, Alice will make the perfect addition to any family looking for a furry companion to share their adventures with!

More about this rescue

Chenny's Happy Tails Rescue Canada is a not-for-profit group(Corporate name: 12023318 CANADA FOUNDATION) registered in Canada, based in Toronto, Canada.

We are against the slaughter and consumption of dogs in Korea.
In Korea, there are many dogs that are kept in overcrowded cages in dog-meat facilities. They are sent to the market after being tortured to death. Although the consumption of dog meat is increasingly controversial and the vast majority of younger generations do not believe in dog meat, there are still many dogs that need to be rescued from farms and streets on which they have been abandoned/mistreated by humans.

We are committed to finding forever homes for dogs in Canada.
Chenny's Happy Tails Korea rescues and rehabilitates dogs to make them ready to be adopted.
Chenny's Happy Tails Canada works on finding the best adopter for each dog who can provide them a forever loving home and reliable care.
