Hi there! I'm Eldred, but my nick name here is Little Bear. I am a very sweet, energetic boy, filled with so much love to share! I came from an overcrowded shelter in North Carolina, and boy am I happy to have met my Yankee family! I have enjoyed my time with my friends here both 2-legged and 4, but I would love to find a family of my own. I have shown everyone here how smart I am, and I would love to show and continue my training with my forever family. I'll show you how nicely I sit if you provide the yummy treats.
My FAVORITE things are car rides and hiking. I would love to find a family that would enjoy these activities with me!
I have never lived in a home with another dog before, but I have made many well matched friends here! Friends that I hike with, and friends that I could play all day with outside! If you're a furry friend that would enjoy a playful, spunky, little brother... I would be the best!
I would thrive in a home with an active lifestyle, where we can explore trails, and continue to help me be the best boy I can be. Because I am young, and can be a bundle of energy, if my forever family and home had children around that it would be best if they are older or "sturdy enough to handle my playfulness.
Let's be best friends! I will be here patiently awaiting your arrival
