Rudy was adopted by my elderly mother about 4-5 years ago and has lived happily with a doting owner. He has had a tough 12 months having moved into a independent living facility with his owner. And now, another transition due to his owner being too old to care for him.
Rudy is fairly low energy and activity levels. He can sleep and relax most of the day, while he does like to trot around the neighborhood on walks, too. He wants to be close by and is very food motivated (he is a little overweight right now). He is house trained and knows basic commands. He does well on leash walks. He has this super cute way of preening his paws each night, too. Adorable. He's about 30lb
Rudy would live best life would be lived in a quieter, relaxed setting, with an owner who is around most of the day. He is okay with other dogs. Overall, he is sensitive and just wants to be close to his caregiver. He can be reactive to loud sounds, new people, tho he does fine on walks with cars and noise.
