This adorable brown and blond mutt is not just another cute face - he's a bundle of love waiting to brighten up your days! With his expressive eyebrows and charming personality, Roland is sure to steal your heart. This pint-sized pooch is full of energy and enjoys playtime just as much as cuddling up on the couch. He's looking for a forever home where he can be showered with love and attention. Ready to welcome Roland into your family? Adopt him today and experience the joy he brings firsthand!
Here's some notes from his foster:
Roland is such a sweet and handsome guy. He's quite spry, and can easily do stairs and get on/off furniture by himself. He can handle long walks in the park at a moderate pace. I've learned he loves toys and enjoys playing fetch. He is friendly when meeting dogs of different sizes & ages in the park.
Roland is potty trained to go outside, and I take him out at least 3x/day. He seems to do ok with being left home alone.
On his first night with me, he barked at my cat a few times; he seemed uncertain about her presence, I kept redirecting his attention when he'd focus too much on her, and I think he's a fast learner because he has shown a lot of improvement since the first couple days!

More about this rescue
Muttville is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization dedicated to improving the lives of senior dogs. On a local level, Muttville rescues senior dogs and finds them foster homes or gives them hospice. On a global level, Muttville provides information about caring for older dogs and support for people who do.
Through associations with shelters and other animal organizations, Muttville finds senior dogs that have been given up and are not likely to find adopted homes. Through outreach and networking, Muttville finds suitable foster homes for these dogs. Ultimately, Muttville will have its own facility to house dogs that are not yet placed, or that are unlikely to be placed.
