FRENCHIE is a young male kitty. He is a very sweet boy, who is good with other cats, dogs and children. Sadly his prior owner could no longer care for him. Now he is at Whiskers Pet Rescue waiting to meet his new Fur-Ever family. Black cats are too often over looked in a shelter. He is a quite kitty which will make it even more likely to get over looked. Only someone like you can turn the page for this sweet boy and give him another chance at the good life. He is a good boy and is great with every one given the chance and the proper introduction. Come in to meet this mini-house panther. This is your chance to own your very own mini-house panther. he is currently in Whiskers Too ( the open new space )

PUBLIC HOURS: WE ARE NOW OPEN TO THE PUBLIC ON FRIDAYS & SUNDAYS ONLY from 1PM - 3:30 PM with no appointment necessary! Please be aware that you a cannot play with, put on hold, or adopt a cat or kitten without an approved application on file! It is always better to get pre-approved!

ADOPTION HOURS: Adoptions are still being done BY APPOINTMENT Wednesday through Sunday 1pm - 4pm, for pre-approved adopters only.

Whiskers Pet Rescue is a no-kill cat rescue organization in Southbury, Connecticut. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity of volunteers committed to helping and caring for cats and kittens who have been abandoned, injured, abused, or neglected. We're a hard-working group of people with a huge passion for helping our whiskered friends. We rescue and adopt out hundreds of cats and kittens each year, placing them in loving forever homes.

We are constantly rescuing new cats/kittens in need and we won’t rest until each and every one of them has found their forever family.
