My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Neo! After being with the rescue for over a year, I am finally ready to find my forever home. I have an autoimmune disease, much like a person. So, my feet need to be wiped after I go outside. I am on some meds which I may be on for the rest of my life. But other than that, I am a happy boy! I am dog selective and my foster mom is working on that with me. I currently live with my 4 legged sister but it took us awhile before we could be together. She is a little bossy though but I'm ok with that. What I really like to do is lay in the sun and cuddle with my human. I am ready to find my forever home but I do come with some baggage such as being on meds for the rest of my life. The rescue said that if the right adopter came along, they would cover the meds for a certain period of time.

Go meet their pets

We try to attend as many local events we can - please check out our website at www.jandcorescue.weebly.com or follow our facebook page for upcoming schedules! If you are interested in meeting a particular dog, a "meet" can be arranged with the foster family.

More about this rescue

J & Co Rescue specializes in rescuing dogs in immediate danger - dogs in urgent need of medical care, facing euthanization due to lack of shelter space, dogs not faring well in a shelter environment, etc. We pull dogs of all breeds, ages & sizes and place them with a preapproved foster family that can meet the needs of the dog. Shelters have limited space, limited time and limited resources for their incoming - we pull the dogs from the shelter environment to give them the medical care, time and home/family environment needed to prepare them for their forever home!
