My name is Butterscotch!

Butterscotch is approximately 2 years old and 40lbs.  He is great with dogs, and also likes cats!  Playful, happy, friendly and very energetic.  This guy needs continued training once adopted, to learn how to not be a "bull in a china shop" at times.  He is just so full of "happy" he gets a bit carried away with his energy.  But continued basic training, he will flourish for sure.  Because of his energy level, we would love an active person/s, hiker, walker..... this is not a pup for a "couch potato" environment.  Also no small children due to his energy level, much older teens+ would be best for Butterscotch.

Also, we have a very high volume of applications and we are all volunteers. We cannot respond to every application personally. Please make sure your application gives us a good picture of your family and the life you plan on providing a dog from our rescue. We choose a home based on the BEST FIT for EACH dog and approve on a dog by dog basis. Thank you!
