My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

✅️Currently fostered in South Korea✅️

Meet Jangmi 🌹 (It means Rose in Korea)
1. Health Issue
* She is under heartworm treatment. She will fly out after treatment.(You need to retest her after 6 months)

2. Rescue Story
* After being taken from a dog meat farm and got into a kill shelter, Jangmi was listed for euthanasia. She is a devoted mother dog who labored to safeguard her two puppies whom she gave birth to at the dog meat farm.

3. Basic Information
*Interaction with people: Has a great love for people. Is timid at first but as she gets used to you, she approaches first and begs to be petted. Remains silent and serene even when you hug her, and comes to you with wagging her tail, when you call her name.
* Interaction with dogs: Gets along well with other dogs. Is decent and adapts well to other dogs by approaching first and letting them scent her when they come to her for greeting.
* Separation Anxiety: No separation anxiety nor destroying at all. Gives a brief bark of welcoming when the family returns from an outing.
*Potty training: Is undergoing potty training. 50% success on a pee pad.
*Car Sickness: Has a little carsick. Does not throw up but does drool a little bit.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

All our dogs fly from South Korea to the US when their adoptions are finalized so the adopters cannot go through "meet and greet."
But once applicants pass zoom interview, we will connect adopter to foster team for the most up to date news as well as photos and videos. The adopter can post any questions and can make video call as well.
Please hold our dog's hands so that they can forget about the painful past and live happily.

More about this rescue

ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.

We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.

Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.

In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.

Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
