What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Moose is a sweet young dog and I truly wish I could keep him, however his behavioral issue is that he does not stay within the boundaries of our electric fence. I have tried walking the perimeter with him upgrading the fence to a stronger power, we live in the country so he has space and plenty of wildlife that seem to tempt him into making a break for it. We have elderly neighbors and neighbors with dogs themselves who are aggressive, I am worried I can’t keep him safe. He is great with our 3 children and his two sisters one of which has a similar issue. He is scheduled to be spayed in April so I could keep him until after the procedure if need be.
He does seem a little hard of hearing, at times but hard to tell if that is just his stubbornness or not.
