Cute outgoing female boxer mix puppy

Meet Cookie, one of a litter of six puppies that were abandoned at a construction site in La Paz, BCS, Mexico. Fortunately, Cookie and her siblings were quickly rescued, and have thrived in their foster home with excellent care, growing into gorgeous, healthy young pups. Cookie is an energetic and outgoing girl who likes to play rough and tumble with her brothers, and is not intimidated by them at all. She loves getting attention from her humans, is not a barker, and has a curious personality, always investigating new things. Cookie is fully vaccinated, sterilized and ready to find her forever home. Are you ready to make Cookie part of your family?

Cookie is currently being fostered in San Diego, CA, and will be available at our upcoming adoption event at on March 23-24th at the PetSmart in Lacey, Washington for National Adoption Day.

We ask the potential adopter to fill out an application. We set up a meet and greet with the foster parent. If all goes well and they would like to adopt we have them sign an adoption contract.

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, have current vaccines and are microchipped prior to adoption.

Fees range between $150 - $300

We have events around the San Diego area and you can check our website for up coming events. Woofs and Wags Dog Rescue is a 501(c)3 Non-profit dog rescue in San Diego, CA

Woofs and Wags Dog Rescue was founded by volunteers in San Diego. Our goal is to "Rescue, Rehabilitate, Rehome" rescued dogs from San Diego and Baja California.

We love Baja and understand that it is a struggle for some of the people to provide a proper home and care for their dogs. We rescue dogs that are running through traffic, starving on the streets and have no one to care for them. Sadly, many are in poor condition and need medical care. We provide that care with the help of volunteers and veterinarians on both sides of the border. Our adoption fees are used to pay for the care of these pups.

Our dogs and puppies are kept in loving foster homes until they find their forever homes. If you see a dog/puppy you would like to meet, we will put you in touch with the foster family. We also do adoption events around San Diego, please check our website for upcoming events.

Our "Baja Blends" as we like to call them make wonderful pets and will shower you with love to show you how grateful they are to be in a loving home.
