Willow was rescued from hurricane Irma. She was born July 8, 2017 and is the runt of her litter. All her brothers and sisters are twice the size. She is a sweet girl, but she hasn’t been happy with a child in the house. Unfortunately our toddler was injured by a nip and we’ve made the hard decision to rehome her.
Throughout her life she has been hesitant around young children.
She has a history of nipping/injuring adults as well, mostly men she is unfamiliar with.
She is slightly overweight and has slowed down this past year, with what the vet believes to be a (treatable) thyroid issue.
Willow is incredibly sweet and loyal and loves to cuddle on the couch. She would be an amazing addition to a family that is right for her. For the safety of Willow and others, her owners should be child-free, mindful of her bite history, and willing to treat her endocrine condition.
We realize this may be a unicorn situation, and appreciate you spreading the word for our girl.
