Bart was born in rescue with his mom Noelle. He's a silly and funny young boy who adores meeting new people, dogs and cats too. A typical puppy he will need some reinforcement with house training in his new environment, basic commands are coming along well for this 12 week old pup. ALL RSNB dogs are fully vetted. Bart is currently at our rescue retreat in Colborne, On
