My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harper is a 5-6 month old Jack Russell Terrier that weighs about 10 pounds. We do not know her pedigree so she may be a mix, but she looks and acts very much like a JRT. Harper is an active, friendly, playful, curious, happy, absolutely adorable little girl. She plays hard by day and snuggles by night. She is very cuddly and loving. Harper is crate trained, and although she has not had even one accident in her foster home she is still a puppy so she requires supervision. She bonds very quickly, has good manners and strives to please her foster mom. Harper loves to play with her squeaky toys and she love, LOVES to chase, wrestle and play with her foster sister. Harper will be spayed on March 13th and will then be ready for her forever home. She will make one lucky family very happy. Harper is an active little girl that would be best suited in an active home with another dog of similar size and temperament dog her to play with. Because of her size she is also best suited in a home without small children and a securely fenced yard is a must.

More about this rescue

We are a small but determined group of animal lovers in the Wichita area. We rescue dogs from the local shelters and accept dogs that owners relinquish for adoption. We do our best to ensure that all adopters are willing and able to provide a safe and healthy home for the life of the dogs they adopt. We do this because it needs to be done.
