My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, I`m Mojo! Looking for someone tall and handsome? Well, here I am! I am gangly, sweet, and so very affectionate. Want to know something crazy? I was passed around a lot before I came to the shelter. Home to home, but no one wanted to love me for always. The staff and volunteers don`t get it...I`m one of the best dogs they`ve ever had (or at least they tell me that every day). I love to go on walks and explore the world. I love other dogs and making friends. I cuddle for pets and bay into the sunshine when it warms my heart. I think some people miss what is right in front of them and take good hearts for granted. I know that the next family who meets me will protect me, love me, and stay with me always. Is it you? Come meet me today, you won`t be disappointed (I promise).

If this dog has been successful in our play groups it is not a guarantee that a dog will be social with other dogs in their home or in public settings. Dogs are individuals and have personality conflicts, just like us. Play groups do not guarantee that territorial or resource guarding issues will not surface in the home. While play groups do help us get to know the dog`s better, once they are adopted their new environments and new relationships will influence their behavior in ways we cannot predict.
