More about this rescue

Believing there are many ways to assist with animal rescue, we help with several local service programs, White River Area on Aging, The Horseshoe Bend Community Food Bank, the Meals on Wheels Program, and Pilots and Paws, an airplane transport organization, were brought into the assistance circle of Friends of HB Animals. By offering help to area agencies and their clients, it is hoped that the elderly needing support will be able to keep their companion pets, less litters will be reproduced if spay/neuter vouchers can be provided for those who can not afford the entire cost, and people will not have to surrender their pets due to lack of funds. Providing support for Paws and Pilots is just one more way to help local animals find new homes.

Our group will help in any way we can, whether it is reporting a stray, an owner needing assistance, or with pulling an animal from Animal Control. Our goal is to help the Dogs and Cats of Horseshoe Bend.
