Hi there! My name is Andy! I am a 4-month-old(as of 4/10/2024) Redbone Coonhound who weighs 30lbs. I was brought to the shelter with the hopes of finding my new FURever home! I am very much a puppy so I will need a family with the time and patience to help me become the best doggy I can be. I am a very smart boy that is willing to learn. I have done well with other dogs that understand I am a puppy. I am very curious about cats and believe they are fascinating creatures. I am learning to walk on a leash and making good progress every day! My adoption fee is $125. I am neutered, microchipped, rabies vaccinated, puppy boosters to date, and dewormer. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.

Dogs are tested for heartworms (if old enough), spayed/neutered, microchipped, given DHLP-P and rabies shots and given a dewormer for an adoption fee of $125.

Cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, given FVRCP-PN and rabies shots and given a dewormer for an adoption fee of $75.
