What a sweet and beautiful puppy Shelly is. She is so lucky that an eyewitness saw her thrown, along with 4 other puppies from a car window. He was able to catch her and brought her to the rescue even though he wanted to keep her himself but was unable to. Shelly in currently being vaccinated and vetted and is ready for adoption. She will be a fairly small dog and perfect size for any family need.
