Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bear, formerly known as Duncan arrived at our rescue November 21 at age 4 months, along with his 4 littermates. They were living in a home with 45 other dogs and 2 elderly owners and removed from there by our county animal control facility. They were very timid and suffering from mange. All were spayed, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, and then adopted. Duncan was adopted to a Colorado family December 19th. We were contacted February 26th that Duncan, renamed Bear had bitten the father and needed to be returned. We flew out the next day, picked him up and returned to the rescue where he continues to flourish, play, cuddle, and have a great time with volunteers, children, and all dogs. This, now 9 month old, 6 lb Chiweenie pup behaved wonderful in the airplane, hotel, and restaurants. Bear is a Perfect pup who will be a wonderful, permanent family member. His adoption fee is $225. Applications to adopt are at kathisk9s.org. Meet greets are scheduled only for approved applicants
