Here's what the humans have to say about me:
About Hurley
• 11-month old – Australian Cattle mix maybe?
• ~35 pounds. Will probably grow into the larger side of medium
• Housetrained
• Does not bark, except for cute little barkies during sleep
• Curly left ear. Too cute for words.
Things Hurley Loves
• Every dog – Hurley’s ideal household will be one with at least one other dog. He would likely not do well with a very dominant dog or a feisty cat – he is very timid and gentle.
• Children
• Sleeping a lot – Hurley sleeps straight from about 9pm – 8am
• Napping a lot – Hurley naps for most of the day
• Being near his human
• Eating kibble. Not a big fan of treats so far.
• Car rides
• Being carried
Things Hurley does not Like
• Long walks – Hurley will let you know that he’s done with the walk by attempting to walk up every set of stairs or driveway, hoping they lead home. This usually happens after we’ve walked for about 5 minutes 🙂
• Loud/ sudden noises like doors creaking or things dropping on the floor – He will startle/ jump. Calms easily with gentle voices and a “sounds can’t hurt; sounds are our friends” song.
