My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

What my friends at ACC say about me:

My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!

I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.

I would do best in a home with only adult humans.

My adoption fee has been sponsored by a generous donor!

I prefer to call the shots and enjoy coming to you when I'm ready for pets.

A volunteer writes: Cookies N' Cream is my favorite ice cream, AND my favorite dog! This sweet treat of a gal has been with us for over a month, and i just can't believe that no one has "scooped" her up yet?! A bit shy at first, Cookies/Cream appreciates a gentle approach with new people, but opens up once she knows that you are a trusted friend. During her time with us, Ms Cookes has been a very good girl, quickly learning skills like "sit" and "shake hands/high five" while doing her best to adjust to the busy environment at the shelter. She's a young gal who will be a great companion to the loving person(s) who is lucky enough to take her home.
