Darling Dusty is looking for a calm home to call his own! This 6 year old, 18 pound little guy has lived with older adult humans and is not a fan of lots of hustle and bustle! He knows how to sit, and is potty trained. He will go both outside and on pee pads. Dusty is happiest when he's with his people.

While some may crave excitement and adventure, Dusty finds contentment in the ordinary. He enjoys leisurely strolls around the neighborhood, taking in the sights and sounds at his own pace. His favorite pastime? Simply basking in the company of his loved ones, relishing the warmth of their presence and the peace it brings.

Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!

Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $275+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.
